We ae looking for sites near open water with basic amenities, within 30-45 minutes of cities, especially if you have an existing hub with cafes or wellness or fitness businesses on your land.
Much like a glamping site, our ideal locations are peaceful, distinctive, and naturally beautiful.
Our impact at our current site has demonstrated significant benefits, for instance 40% of our customers are new and lapsed visitors and 80% now bring other people to the site. Partners gain increased footfall, an enhanced reputation, additional income, and strengthen their appeal.
We handle all setup, operations, and insurance while paying you rent.
