Planning expert, Claire Wilkinson, will take us through the dos and don’ts of the planning process so you can get it right first time. She will also explore when it makes sense to get an Exemption Certificate and the rules you will need to follow to avoid a costly mistake.

A lot of this is easy to do and doesn’t necessarily need massive alterations to the physical aspects of your site.
